How do I order?

Step 1: Send us a quotation request with the product name and quantity. 

Step 2: Wait for an email of the official quotation.

Step 3: Confirm your order, then we will start preparing your items and contact you when it's ready for pickup.

Can you do same day order and pickup?

Yes! Please call our office directly at (632) 87115521 , (632) 87115585 , (632) 87124717 (look for Shane or Owel).

If the items are readily available, you may arrange for same day pickup, or book with Lalamove/Grab (with delivery fee shouldered by the customer).

How do I get my orders? Do you deliver?
We offer delivery in limited areas in Metro Manila for orders worth at least Php10,000. There will be a delivery charge of Php300.

For orders below Php10,000, you may pick up the items from our office, or schedule with Lalamove/Grab (with delivery fee shouldered by the customer).

For provincial orders, we can work with your preferred courier (with the shipment fee shouldered by the customer).

What are your bank details for cash/check payment of orders?
Please message us for our bank details after you’ve confirmed your order. Check deposits need to be cleared before we release the items.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
Usual processing time takes 1-5 business days. However, this still depends on product availability and the quantity of your order. We will inform you of the processing time once we have received your order.
